JOIN US for this trip-of-a-lifetime exploration of fascinating Gujarat, arguably one of India’s most textile-rich states. Located on India’s west coast, Gujarat is known for its superb textile and handcraft traditions, rich cultural heritage, impressive architecture and incredible landscapes.

1. Please read all documents thoroughly to determine if the tour is right for you, carefully noting the health, fitness, mobility and insurance requirements.
2. To apply for a place on the tour, please download and complete the Booking Application Form and Fitness to Travel declaration and submit them by email to retreatrecreate@gmail.com Please write GUJARAT in the subject header of your email.
NB. Our Gujarat tour (24 Jan-7 Feb) AND South India tour (9-23 Feb) are designed and timed to allow travellers to join both tours if they wish. Please complete and submit the relevant Booking Application Form and Fitness to Travel declaration for each trip if you wish to apply for a place on both tours. Update: The South India tour is now SOLD OUT.
Important Notes:
- a deposit of AUD$1500 will be required to secure your booking. Instructions for payment will be provided to successful applicants;
- the tour price and inclusions can be found on the last page of the Itinerary;
- If AUD (Australian dollar) is not your local currency you may wish to use XE online currency converter for a guide to an approximate equivalent price, however all payments must be made in AUD;
- this tour is for women only;
- the maximum number of travellers on this tour is 15 women;
- places are not necessarily allocated on a first-in basis as we may need to juggle bookings according to available single/twin room allocations;
- if we don’t achieve our minimum group size (8 travellers) the tour will not proceed and your deposit will be refunded;
- if we receive more applications than there are places, unsuccessful applicants may request to be added to the waiting list;
- the itinerary provided doesn’t include names of hotels, etc. A more detailed itinerary will be provided to successful applicants closer to departure
- travellers need to have good fitness and mobility to participate in this tour. Refer to the Trip Notes and Fitness to Travel Declaration for more details.
