We’re very excited about this itinerary and hope you are too! We’ve tried to anticipate all questions by providing information on costs, conditions, workshops and activities etc, in the documents below but if you have any further queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us. (However, please carefully read the contents of this web page and the documents first as your answer is likely there. The To Do List and the Trip Notes are particularly helpful for dates and questions).

20 August 2026 – pay your tour balance (invoices will be calculated and sent following submission of Travel Details forms)
INFO REGARDING AIRPORT TRANSFERS
If you are not planning to request a airport transfers through us, alternative options for travelling to and from the airports are:
1. Arranging your own private transfer. Two options are:

UPDATE REGARDING TOKYO HOTEL
Update as at February 2026. Our Tokyo hotel has advised that unfortunately from November 2026 onward it will no longer be offering breakfast. After much consideration, we have decided to continue using the same hotel due its excellent location and communal meeting space (great for morning briefings and evening gatherings). We will provide cash to each participant (Y1000 per person per day) so you can purchase your own breakfasts nearby. The Itinerary has been updated to reflect this adjustment.
In cases where you have booked pre-tour accommodation through us at the Tokyo hotel, please purchase your own breakfasts and on Day 1 of the tour you will be reimbursed by our guide up to Y1000 per person per day. The Travel Details form has been updated to reflect this.
