We’ve tried to anticipate all questions by providing information on costs, conditions, workshops and activities etc, in the documents below but if you have any further queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us. (However, please carefully read the contents of this web page and the documents first as your answer is likely there. INFO REGARDING AIRPORT TRANSFERS
If you are not planning to request airport transfers through us, alternative options for travelling to and from the airports are:

UPDATE REGARDING TOKYO HOTEL & BREAKFASTS
Update as at February 2026. Our Tokyo hotel (Resol Ueno) has advised that from November 2026 onward it will no longer be offering breakfast. After much consideration, we have decided to continue using the same hotel due its excellent location and communal meeting space (great for morning briefings and evening gatherings). We will provide cash to each participant (Y1000 per person per day) so you can purchase your own breakfasts nearby. The Itinerary has been updated to reflect this.
In cases where you have booked pre-tour accommodation through us at the Tokyo hotel, please purchase your own breakfasts and on Day 1 of the tour you will be reimbursed by our guide up to Y1000 per person per day. The Travel Details form has been updated to reflect this.
