1. Are you considering one of our regular itineraries for your group, or are you looking for a bespoke, personalised itinerary designed just for your group?
Please note that if you are looking for a tour especially designed for your group, we charge a development fee of AUD$500 which is deducted from your final tour balance. This fee reflects the many hours, weeks and sometimes months, that it takes to work with a client and develop a bespoke itinerary. It’s also so that we do not spend weeks designing and booking a private tailored tour only to have the client not proceed with the booking (or take the personally designed itinerary and run it themselves). Thank you for your understanding.
If you wish to simply arrange one of our regular itineraries for your group (with no major changes to the itinerary and run at a mutually convenient time), the development fee does not apply.
2. Which destination and which of our itineraries (textiles, dance, gardens or food) are you interested in? Eg. Iceland Handcrafts, India (Rajasthan, Gujarat, South India) Textiles & Handcrafts, Indonesia Handcrafts, Japan Textiles & Handcrafts, Japan Dance, Performance Arts & Culture, Morocco, Thailand & Laos, Turkiye, Tasmania handcrafts/paper-making/natural dyeing etc
3. How many people are in your proposed private group tour? We recommend a minimum of 8 to be cost effective. A smaller group is possible but please be aware the price per person increases the fewer the people.
4. Is your group all women or gender inclusive?
5. Approximate preferred timing of proposed tour? Our upcoming tour schedule is quite full but we can take bookings for mutually convenient private tours given enough time.
