Please read the documents carefully to determine if the tour is right for you, noting the health and fitness ability levels, booking conditions, insurance requirement, etc.
Now that we have received your application, you are invited to pay a $1500 deposit to secure your place on the tour. Banking instructions are on the To Do List.
Things to Note
- the minimum number of travellers on this tour is 8;
- the maximum number of travellers on this tour is 12;
- the tour price, inclusions & exclusions can be found on the last page of the Itinerary;
- if we receive more bookings than there are places, unsuccessful applicants may request to be added to the waiting list;
- the itinerary provided doesn’t include names of hotels, venues etc. A detailed itinerary will be provided closer to departure.
UPDATE REGARDING TOKYO HOTEL
Update as at February 2026. Our Tokyo hotel has advised that unfortunately from November 2026 onward it will no longer be offering breakfast. After much consideration, we have decided to continue using the same hotel due its excellent location and communal meeting space (great for morning briefings and evening gatherings). We will provide cash to each participant (Y1000 per person per day) so you can purchase your own breakfasts nearby. The itinerary has been updated to reflect this adjustment. In the case of pre-tour accommodation, breakfast will be at own cost.
