- To Do List – includes instructions for paying your deposit. If you’ve travelled with us before, please check bank details as they may be different from those used previously.
- Travel Details Form – includes prices for extra pre/post-tour nights at our tour hotels. Please indicate your requests on this form and submit ASAP and not later than 22 January 2027.
- Packing List
- Useful Information booklet – will be uploaded closer to departure

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Update 25 August 2026 – The tour is now confirmed to proceed so you’re welcome to go ahead and book flights.
- The tour balance is due no later than 5pm on 5 February 2027 Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT)
- Refer also to the To Do List for important dates, instructions and reminders until departure
- Our starting point hotel is Hotel Grand Chancellor, 29 Cameron St, Launceston
- Our welcome briefing meeting is at 1pm (after lunch) on 3 April at Hotel Grand Chancellor, Launceston
- Our finishing point hotel is Lenna of Hobart, 20 Runnymede St, Battery Point, Hobart
- Aprons for workshops will be provided in your welcome kit on day 1
- We won’t be able to take our handmade papers home on day 4 as they will need to dry. Drying can take a several days so the papers will first be mailed to me and I will forward them by post to each of you.
