Your tour page comprises the following documents:

- To Do List – includes instructions for paying your deposit. If you’ve travelled with us before, please check bank details as they may be different from those used previously.
- Travel Details Form – includes prices for extra pre/post-tour accommodation. Please indicate your requests on this form and submit ASAP and no later than 5 February 2027.
- Packing List
- Useful Information booklet – will be uploaded a few weeks prior to departure

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The tour is now confirmed to proceed. You’re welcome to go ahead and book your flights. Please refer to the To Do List and Trip Notes for instructions.
Please DON’T book flights just yet. Please wait to be advised that we’ve reached our minimum group size and the tour is confirmed to proceed. - The tour balance is due no later than 5pm on 5 February 2027 Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT)
- Refer also to the To Do List for important dates, instructions and reminders until departure
- Our accommodation for all five nights is at Lenna of Hobart, 20 Runnymede St, Battery Point, Hobart
- Our welcome briefing meeting is at 6pm on 12 April at Lenna of Hobart.
- Aprons for workshops will be provided in your welcome kit on day 1
